Bryan, I just wanted to thank you publicly for the excellent service you provided my son ( Andrew – passed June 2009 ) and my daughter ( Nicole – passed July 2013 ). Although both are very different personalities with differing training needs, you have successfully guided them both to pass first time! Both have fed back to me your balance of the importance  of enjoying the process with serious focus when needed. I think your ongoing advice to them and your willingness to provide me with information on their progress, even when you are ” not on duty ” is a credit to you. Thank you, Richard.
